A large silvery evergreen shrub with gray leaves and stems and bright blue flowers in early spring. An excellent background plant, this drought tolerant perennial can be planted alongside lavenders or included in succulent gardens. Plant in full sun in well-drained soil. Needs little water once established. Prune lightly after flowers are done blooming to encourage a thicker, bushier plant.
