A landscape tree typically reaching 30+ feet tall and with a similar spread. Feathery, yellow-green, pinnate leaves provide filtered shade and turn a brilliant yellow in the fall. Greenish flowers are not conspicuous, but the long, twisted seedpods change from red-green to maroon-brown as they mature. Plant in a sunny location where you want to add significant shade in rich, moist soil.
