Stuyt Bacon Cheese

Sold by 5oz/6oz wedge. Our cheese is best described a Dutch cheese which is handmade from our farm's raw cow milk. Stuyt cheese has aged a minimum of 60 days; yet preferred 90 days for the best flavor. Aside from the traditional mild flavor Stuyt Dairy Farmstead Cheese also offers several additional flavors. BACON A creamy texture with bits of real bacon is offered in the bacon. This cheese is the perfect addition to macaroni and cheese or even sprinkled over a baked potato. It is the smokiness of the bacon that matches well with a red and in particular a spicy earthy California Syrah or French Cote d Rhone. ​​
