Sold by 5-6oz wedge. Our cheese is best described a Dutch cheese which is handmade from our farm's raw cow milk. Stuyt cheese has aged a minimum of 60 days; yet preferred 90 days for the best flavor. Aside from the traditional mild flavor Stuyt Dairy Farmstead Cheese also offers several additional flavors. GARLIC HERB Garlic herb offers a sharper flavor with a rich garlic profile. This cheese goes perfect in an omelet or quiche or grated over french bread as a garlic butter spread. Whites are best suited for this combo as they are void of tannins. A crisp Napa Sauvignon Blanc or Central Coast un-oaked Chardonnay provides a tangy contrast to the mild garlic component.
