Sold by 5-6oz Wedge. Our cheese is best described a Dutch cheese which is handmade from our farm's raw cow milk. Stuyt cheese has aged a minimum of 60 days; yet preferred 90 days for the best flavor. Aside from the traditional mild flavor Stuyt Dairy Farmstead Cheese also offers several additional flavors. ONION PARSLEYThe onion and parsley marry well in this sharply flavored cheese. Melt over a hamburger or on a ciabatta and ham sandwich. A riper style North Coast Sauvignon Blanc or Oregon Pinot Gris provides a nice richness to complement this full-flavored cheese.
